Running Back · Baltimore Ravens · Age 32 · Alabama · RB6 PPR (Week 4 2026)
Derrick Henry is ranked RB6 (overall #6) for the Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season in PPR fantasy football by Hayden of The Underdog Football Show.
Henry is now the RB5 (18.0 half PPR per game) on RB14 usage (13.8 expected) in 35 games with Lamar Jackson since 2024. In games the Ravens win, Henry climbs a tier above those marks. Just this year, the King is the RB3 on RB4 usage with new OC Declan Doyle passing the first-time play-caller eye test to me. There doesn't appear to be any real signs of decline from Henry, though it's concerning that they're on their 3rd-string center option and LT Ronnie Stanley has been in-and-out of the lineup with a toe injury. It's a bad offensive line with a great QB, RB, WR1, and scheme. This week's matchup with the Titans is a great one, even if DT Jeffery Simmons will be a terror to block with backups. The Ravens project for 27.5 points (1st) as 11.5-point favorites. Baltimore is the favorite to lead the league in carries this week.
