Next week will be telling. The Giants stunk in Jameis Winston's fill-in appearance against the Rams' well-coached defense, and they didn't even try last week in the rain. They had a week-low 29% neutral pass rate, and Winston didn't attempt anything downfield. Likely was missed a few times on simple throws underneath, and Winston's arm was very concerning on tape. It looks out of gas. That's not the worst thing ever for a TE, but Winston didn't get the ball to Likely a couple times because of it. He was only the TE26 in expected half PPR points last week and shouldn't be trusted in Week 4. He's an upside TE2 just in case they turn things around.
