Wide Receiver · Denver Broncos · Age 27 · Alabama · WR17 PPR (Week 4 2026)
Jaylen Waddle is ranked WR17 (overall #17) for the Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season in PPR fantasy football by Hayden of The Underdog Football Show.
The Waddle usage hasn't lived up to my expectations, though he's still the WR33 in expected half PPR points on WR23 targets per game (6.7). He did add an end around for 14 yards with a broken tackle last week, too, but the connection between Bo Nix, Waddle, and first-time play-caller David Webb hasn't been clean. His 7.5 YPT is well below his career 9.3 rate. Waddle had a drop, Nix was a bit late on a couple throws, and the Rams played great individual defense on other targets last week. Nix and first-time play-callers are notorious slow starters, so there's still time to get things right in cleaner matchups after opening up against Spags, Jags, and Mc-Duffie/Vay. Waddle will be much better than his WR42 on WR33 usage start, as an upside WR2/3. The matchup with the 49ers' injured defense is one to attack for as long as they can't rush the passer without Nick Bosa (calf). Michael Wilson was a nightmare for them last week in a high-scoring game with the Cardinals, and Waddle can be used similarly. The Broncos are projected for 22.25 points (20th).
