Running Back · Denver Broncos · Age 25 · UCF · RB31 PPR (Week 4 2026)
RJ Harvey is ranked RB31 (overall #31) for the Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season in PPR fantasy football by Hayden of The Underdog Football Show.
Harvey's role really hasn't changed. Jonah Coleman (ankle) being on IR gives us even more confidence in that. Harvey isn't trusted as a rusher or in pass protection, but he's the best athlete of the room by far and will be given plenty of receiving opportunities. He caught 6 passes last week on 7 targets (many of them first reads), leading to a rock-solid 11.3 expected half PPR points (RB25). With JK Dobbins active dating back to last year, Harvey is averaging 8.4 half PPR points (RB40) on 6.8 expected points (RB53) across 12 games, so he's just a low-end FLEX play still. The more the Dobbins carries go nowhere, the more likely that changes. Harvey is the RB35 on RB38 usage this year.
